Hey Dave, thanks for stopping by, how do companies like your make sure that email is delivered? Is your company white listed with the ISP’s? Or are you using the email of the sender? I will add Emma to my follows.
Hey Greg, Suzanne here from Emma. It’s our servers that are sending the emails, but our customers can specify their own From Addresses and From Name. That’s the name and address that shows up for recipients, and that’s the address that replies go to. We maintain relationships with all the major ISPs out there, and we’re, well, a bit freakish about insisting that our customers only email to people that they have a relationship with, so we can keep all our customers’ reputation - and our own - nice and clean.
